A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (7) business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (7) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico, Canada and all out-of-the-US countries.
A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your Craft Of Tea package. All you have to do is select “gift wrap” in the item select drop down menu within all Craft Of Tea product pages on this website. The cost to have our Customer Service team wrap package is $4.95. Gift card greetings will be entered by the customer in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.
A: Absolutely! Expedited shipping options are available and detailed when you check out. Craft Of Tea does not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
